How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by sending a service request online through the appointment section in this website or by calling 708-840-8226 Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm Central Time. Please note that due to high volume of calls we encourage you to send your service request through the website for faster service.
What kind of warranty do I get with the work?
All services carry a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty unless otherwise noted in writing excluding modifications and customizations.
What options do I have if I need to leave my car?
We can get you a rental car from our neighboring Enterprise rental agency in case your car needs to stay overnight for repairs. You will pay for the rental fees and will be responsible for upholding the rental agreement with the agency, however we do negotiate a reasonable rate with the agency to get you the best price possible on a rental. Additionally you can Uber or Lyft if you live close by. At this time we do not offer pick up, drop off or shuttle services.
Who will be working on my car?
Our shop has 6 full time technicians including AMD ( The Car Care Nut on YouTube ) who is the Shop Owner\Operator. AMD ( Ahmed ) is a former award winning Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician with over a decade and a half of experience at a Toyota Dealership. After a long career at the dealership he found it was best to open his own Toyota, Lexus and Scion specialty shop. Some work on the shop will be done by our other 5 technicians who are also Trained Professional Technicians however no car leaves the shop without AMD’s personal inspection and approval.

My shop’s prices will not be the cheapest compared to others, but the work done will be of superior quality and only what’s needed will be done. Every car that goes through the shop will receive a full inspection automatically and I will personally walk you through everything that the car needs and what will need attention in the future but can wait for now. Integrity, Quality and Honor is what matters the most to me, NOT profits, greed and corner cutting.”
Are you affiliated with Toyota, Lexus or Scion?
Our shop is an independent shop. We are not affiliated with Toyota, Lexus or Scion. Because of this we do not perform safety recalls in any way shape or form. We do not perform repairs under the new vehicle warranty ( Comprehensive and Powertrain ) and While we do work with most reputable extended warranty companies, We do not perform repairs under Toyota Extra Care extended warranty as they require the work to be done by an Official Toyota Dealership which we are NOT.
I live very far away, but I have a question and can’t make an appointment, Can you help?
While we’d love if it was possible to help everyone that we can help, Unfortunately we are a very busy shop and our staff is limited. Therefore we cannot really answer technical questions over the phone or provide technical advice without having your vehicle physically in the shop and inspected.
I have my own parts. Can you use them to service my car?
We do not accept customer supplied parts. This is a policy that went into effect on 08/01/2025. We offer a hassle-free straight forward 12,000 mile 12 month warranty with every repair we do. Providing your own parts means we cannot warranty the parts which goes against our core values of doing quality work and standing behind our work.
Can you price match parts from an online retailer?
We do not price match from online retailers. Buying parts online can be cheaper however it carries no labor warranty. Parts that we provide with every service carry a 12,000 mile 12 month Parts and Labor warranty.
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
We don’t offer any coupons or discounts simply because we don’t believe in overcharging then discounting. We offer a hassle-free one price for services which is up front and without hidden fees or variables. The only discount we offer is the Military Discount to honor the service members that keep us and our country safe. Military discount is 5% off the total bill and ID verification is required at time of checkout.
